A year goes by, and...

We had people leave, we had some near-dead patches, we had folks return, the forums gradually grew, and we had some interesting conversations. But, the forums have stayed (barely) alive for a year. So, they deserve a thread to commemorate this

So, we should make a list of the most notable things that happened. Even though by the end of the first page it will transform itself into a chat thread, as usual. I'll try and arrange the things by time order though, seeing how I was here for most of it.

1. Forums were started. Thanks Weird.
2. I joined. Couldn't resist this one.... I'm not strong enough to completely shove my over-inflated ego out of the way yet, am I?
3. CottonCandy randomly called me beautiful.
4. Chatting time commences.
5. CottonCandy starts calling me beautiful pretty consistently.
6. Press quits writing.
7. Dreamer leaves.
8. TAAB joins, bringing a new array of threads to the forums.
9. CottonCandy leaves.
10. CottonCandy returns.

Add what you wish. And, as I know will happen, turn it into a chat thread when it gets dull.

I'm on the list 3 times!!

Incredibly.
He had Alzheimer's, so we moved in with him six years ago when my Grandma died. So, pretty much, I've been helping take care of him for half my life. Not quite something small.

But, it was in the beginning of October, and I heal from this stuff pretty fast. So I'm fine now

And, to make it worse....

I know. One of the three things we had him cremated with was his wedding ring, because he never EVER took it off. Ever.
